What is a Roll Up Vehicle?

A Roll Up Vehicle® (RUV) is special type of SPV (special purpose vehicle) invented by AngelList, that makes an investment into a company. RUVs provide a way for founders to efficiently allow investors into a financing round without incurring expensive administrative fees or making the company’s cap table more complicated for every investor that completes an investment.
